Production Coordinator - Fulfillment

Facility: Wisconsin Rapids, WI
Status: Full-time position

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide warehouse and fulfillment service for the Wisconsin Rapids Social Enterprises.

Education & Experience

Graduation from high school, plus proven experience and success in inventory accounting, retail sales and customer service. Post high school business or accounting course work a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities / Essential Functions

The following is a listing of representative examples of duties for this position; it is not considered to be a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities for the position.

  • Support customer service and inventory accounting of ODC Fulfillment Customers and Milkweed Market, among other Social Enterprises as needed.
  • Inventory processing to include new item set up, adjustments, receipts and reconciliation.
  • Provide customer service, order fulfillment and shipping for special orders and online order fulfillment retailers.
  • Develop work orders/ pick slips for stock and special order items for the retail and online stores.
  • Process and reconcile month end inventories for Social Enterprises.
  • Reconcile 3rd party shipping invoices: SpeeDee, UPS, FedEx.
  • Process and reconcile month end for ODC customer accounts.
  • Ordering supplies for ODC Fulfillment and Milkweed Market retail store.
  • On occasion, provide backup relief in the Milkweed Market retail store, product finishing and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide reports from Almyta, Traverse, and Square as requested.
  • Work independently and make decisions consistent with the goals and philosophies of ODC.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to facilitate, initiate and respond to verbal, written, computerized, telephone and fax communications.
  • Mobility to access various locations within/outside ODC facilities.
  • Ability to perform quality inspection according to ODC’s and/or customer’s requirements.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment and technology.
  • Standing, sitting, walking frequently required.
  • Lifting 25 – 35 lbs occasionally.
