Beginnings Training Specialists provide 1-1 support, instruction and assistance to individuals with disabilities for the purpose of increasing employment skills, social skills, and facilitating full participation in community life.

Provide support to individuals within DVR or Long Term Supports programming to learn, accommodate and perform their work duties. This may include specific job tasks, interpersonal or soft skills and to review strength and needs of an individual to be successful on the job. Relationships with a variety of employers will occur including the ability to understand the various job requirements and work environments.
